Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided items are returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and free from damage or alterations.

Refunds are issued upon inspection and approval of returned items, excluding shipping costs.

Customised or made-to-measure items, as well as beads and fashion jewellery, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund due to their delicate and hygienic nature.

To preserve the quality and longevity of your items, we recommend following the provided care instructions for garments, beads, jewellery, and accessories. Improper care may affect the condition of the product and is not grounds for return.
