Return and Refund Policy

Refunds are available for eligible returns made within 10 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received—unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, tears, or alterations.

Items that show any signs of wear, including makeup stains, perfume odours, or visible damage, will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return has been received, carefully inspected, and approved, a full refund will be issued excluding any shipping fees. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

Please note that customised or made-to-measure items, beads, and fashion jewellery are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are non-refundable. Where such charges are declined or unpaid and the order is returned, only the cost of the item (excluding shipping fees) may be refunded upon receipt and inspection.
